Shana will lead Yoga for Runners at Montgomery Bell State Park at the pre-race check-in Friday, December 13, 2019, for the Bell Ringer 25/50km Ultra.
For classes at Tennessee State Parks, participants can register at tnstateparks.com under ALL EVENTS. Detailed class descriptions are located on the TN State Parks website. Choose the date you would like to attend from the list on the Tennessee State park website. The majority of the proceeds go to Tennessee State Parks.
